Partners
It can be a challenge for just one agency or organisation in isolation to make a real difference to local quality of life, or achieve what many people want for their communities. Therefore, partnership working is a powerful tool for tackling many of the issues that are faced by the health sector and its partners.
Buckinghamshire PCT is committed to developing partnership working with partners both within the NHS and externally in an effective and efficient way to facilitate methods in achieving our main objectives and priorities. Together we aim to improve the health and reduce health inequalities of those living in Buckinghamshire.
Working together gives us the best opportunity to tackle many issues that matter most to people in Buckinghamshire. Partnerships that we are involved in include: Local Strategic Partnerships and Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships for all four district council areas, as well as many other partnership projects with a variety of public service and voluntary organisations.
